We currently print to order, so your order will ship within a week or sooner from your order.
Since we print to order, most items are not returnable, but if there are any quality issues or something does not meet your standards, we will be able to help you!
Most of our orders will ship through USPS, but may occasionally be through a different postal carrier.
Since our orders are print to order, we can't guarantee size exchanges, but we want you to be satisfied with your order and will do all we can to help!
We want all dance studios to flourish and continue to grow. We know that there are expenses that come up and we would love to help! We set up the Studio Program to not only help dancers get their items for a little cheaper, but to help give back to studios and keep growing the sport of dance!
If your studio has registered for the Studio Program, they will have sent you your specific code in an email. If they haven't registered, send us an email and we can set your studio up!
We run each studios program for 1 week from the code going live. This is to help all the transactions and make sure we get the studio the 10% of sales in a timely manner!
